Innova Investments specializes in real estate investments. As the founding father of this company, I’ve had a long-standing relationship with Dinkelberg & Partners for over 25 years. They manage our entire financial administration. From the very beginning, I was impressed by their personal approach. Thanks to their strong sense of understanding, my advisors, Irma van der Made and Erwin Roeters, know exactly how we think at Innova and what we want.
A strong bond
Over the years, Innova has gone through several transitions, for example, from investment broker to property owner. That brought plenty of fiscal and administrative challenges. Luckily, I have an excellent working relationship with Irma and Erwin. They know the full structure of the company, as well as my personal financial situation. Irma is my main point of contact for financial administration. I really value the direct contact with her, I can call, email, or even message her, and there’s always a quick response. I’m not strong in the fiscal side of things myself, so it’s reassuring to have a partner who takes that completely off my hands. It gives me peace of mind and allows me to fully focus on my own work.
