Together with my brothers, I own three restaurants: Restaurant Goyvaerts, Victoria by Goyvaerts and Brasserie Rita. In addition, we also manage several holding companies. Since January 2024, we’ve been clients of Dinkelberg & Partners, and we’re extremely pleased with what they’ve achieved in such a short time. First of all, they’ve taken our companies’ administration to a higher level. It is now updated weekly. Every quarter, the VAT returns are filed, and we sit down to review our figures, looking both at the past and ahead to the future. Dinkelberg & Partners also handles our payroll, prepares our annual accounts, and takes care of all tax returns. In short: a wealth of expertise under one roof.
Greater insight
My advisors, Bart Pero and Remco van den Boomen, are highly involved. The speed at which they respond to questions is fantastic, allowing me to act quickly. Thanks to the expertise of Dinkelberg & Partners, I now have much greater insight into my businesses and can make more targeted decisions. They’ve also helped us organize various HR matters more effectively. Soon, we’ll be starting a baseline measurement in HR to identify further improvements. In addition, they’re working on expanding the structure of our companies to allow for the possible launch of new ventures in the future.
